This five unit townhouse development will be one of the first sustainable multifamily housing projects in the City of Poughkeepsie. Further staking our commitment to our community and  the environment, Spire Architecture & Design will manage this design/build project and obtain a NYS Energy Star Rating for multifamily projects through the New York Energy Smart Program.
