The prime focus for this private residence was on the orientation of the house and how to best capitalize on the view. In particular, the garage structure was designed to work logistically and maximize the square footage of the main residence.

This project is a true design/build renovation project. The style is Asian Contemporary accented with natural finishes. Cedar and Mahogany are woven through the interior and exterior of the residence with stone and steel accents. A stainless steel wire and mahogany railing system extends the entire length of East façade.
