Freedom Park Restroom Facility

The Town of LaGrange was faced with an aging restroom facility located in their most frequently used park, Freedom Park. The building is the vision of several members of the Town including Town Board Members, Building Inspector and Parks Director. This collaborative between the Town of LaGrange and Spire Architecture & Design produced a building on time and on budget, while meeting the growing needs of the public in the most efficient way.

Hyde Park Fire Department

The Hyde Park Fire and Water District were in need of facility upgrades to one of their fire rescue buildings. The project presented several coordination and constructability concerns including continued use of the building during fire rescue operations and a small, restricting site needed for swing space of rescue vehicles during construction.
