Laerdal Medical Corporation is a multi faceted company with distribution, sales, repairs and marketing divisions within one office. They provide life saving equipment and training to the public and private sectors.

This project consists of 30,000 gross square feet of new office, garage and landscaping support buildings located on 4 acres of property. The property will include a nursery for plants and trees as well as access for the public. The buildings will have Geo-Thermal heating systems as well as solar power to run the pumps and other electrical demands. Storm water recycling will also be designed to catch rain water for the landscaping business and nursery.

The conversion of this abandon movie theater into retail/office space with a six unit apartment renovation to a newly added second floor proved to be just what the Town of Dover needed to provided quality retail, office space and quality apartments to the local residence.

Located in the quant Village of Red Hook, NY this early 1900’s brick building was riddled with a leaky roof system, crumbling brick walls and many life safety issues. This early American building was previously occupied as a restaurant with apartments on the second floor. Spire Architecture & Design along with the Owner restored the structure to its original glory creating a first class restaurant on the first floor with two new additions to expand the kitchen and the dining area. The second floor was converted into first class professional office space.

A tri-state leader in irrigation and landscape lighting systems, Summer Rain Sprinkler Systems had outgrown there facilities in Greenwich and Cos Cob Connecticut. Faced with growing pains, and managing multiple facilities, the executives at Summer Rain Sprinkler Systems purchased a former Life Savers Research and Development facility in Port Chester, New York.
